Last months minutes read and unanimously accepted.

Secretary’s Report:

Two outstanding bills were paid totaling $1528

Report was unanimously accepted

Treasurer’s Report:

None

Insurance Agent report:

Two posters were given to hang in our hall to celebrate the religious side of Christmas.

New Hampshire voted down the recommendation of a group traveling the country trying to get Under God out of the pledge-a- lenience to the flag.

State Deputy Report:

The state deputy suggested that memberships notices be placed at the events such as Taxes Holden and Turkey Shoot to entice new members.

The state deputy also suggested that the council hold a prayer night with the Icon Prayer Service being held form Jan. 24 through Feb. 6.

He also reminded us that the mid-winter meetings for Grand Knight and Deputy Grand Knight are coming up.

Communications read:

The Refugees of Apostolate of Christ are looking for a donation form the council.

The Lupus Foundation sent a letter of gratitude to the council for our $100 donation to their fund.

Committee reports:

An amount $1545 was raised by Barlow family for their very successful effort in running the Taxes Holden night for the council. The council thanks the Barlow family very much.

For the good of the order!!!

The gift basket donated by the Leroux family raised $53.00 the council thanks the Leroux family very much.
